The Art of Kissing
Seeing The Art of Kissing and How to Make Love book titles in the window next to this homeless man who is so far from such concerns, sleeping in a doorway in SOHO, heightens the sense of his fragile condition.
Yes, it is a city of extremes and edges. And this is also a reminder that anyone can fall down - no one is immune. I do feel that though we are architects of our own lives, fortune, good or bad, is a component. Scenes like this help me appreciate what I have. Thanks everyone for the positive feedback - I am very inspired by all of this. I am looking at everything with renewed interest and a different eye. Brian
