The San Remo
Nothing defines New York City like money and real estate, especially in recent years where prices have shot through the roof. Real estate is on everyone's mind, whether a rental, 7-figure coop, or condo. And nothing defines real estate in NYC like being on or near a park, particularly Central Park. Many upscale apartment buildings are known by name to the public, such as the San Remo, one of the three most prestigious buildings on the Upper West Side (the other two being the Dakota and the Beresford). Of course, all three are on Central Park West. Their profiles are unmistakable and can be seen from many areas in the park. Many celebrities reside (or have resided) at the San Remo: Steven Spielberg, Donna Karan, Steve Jobs, Demi Moore, Dustin Hoffman, Bono, Steve Martin, Bruce Willis, Rita Hayworth...

OK give us a price range, just for fun!
This is most impressive, especially after I clicked on it.
Dustin Hoffman sold his place (2.5 floors - 740 square meters) in 2002 for $25 million. In 2002 Steve Jobs (Apple) sold a place to Bono (U2) for $18 million. You get the idea...
There's even a book on this type of thing: The Sky's the Limit -- Passion and Property in Manhattan by Steven Gaines.

Oh my gosh! You can build a whole house and enough space for a football field if you bring that money here in the Philippines!
Your are Excellent. And so is your site! Keep up the good work. Bookmarked.
